This is Queen Vera's private chamber, where Her Majesty comes when she wants a little peace and quiet away from all the activity downstairs. 

 

Queen Vera loves to read, and she keeps some of her favorite books here. She also spends time writing letters and attending to matters of the castle when she isn't needed in the Great Hall.

We probably shouldn't stay too long. After all, this is the Queen's private chamber!
