Valentine's Day, or Happy Hearts Day as I like to call it, is celebrated around the world on February 14th every year. Candy, flowers, cards are given to loved ones, and restaurants around the globe cater to this special day - all in the name of Saint Valentine. But who was this Saint Valentine?

How Do I Love Thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
