Many years ago, the internet was filled with sites featuring doll makers where you could create all different types of cute dolls. The majority of these sites have disappeared and are no longer online. With Adobe Flash Player being discontinued and no longer supported, older doll makers no longer function.
The above Disney Dolls were made using a Candybar doll maker by Elouai, which is no longer online. Newer doll makers can now be found like the ones listed below. I am sure there are still quite a few more if you use Google. 😊
